- LIZHI Inc.Designed a web crawler in Java and Selenium to scrape 10,000+ pieces of data concerning the translations of Amazon products every day. Performed data cleaning and text mining on stored data to enrich the dataset. Assisted in the evaluation of machine translation algorithms in e-commerce, reaching an accuracy rate of 96%.

- An Online Survey System.Aimed to develop an online survey system to attract users by awards and verify the authenticity of users’ answers by retesting.
Created a Python-based crawler to collect job openings on major Chinese job search websites and utilized machine learning algorithms to train a prediction model based on the data.
Used Redis to achieve interface idempotence to prevent duplicate payment, and designed a retesting method via Redis, MySQL and MongoDB to ensure the authenticity of users’ answers.
Implemented distributed lock based on Redis to deal with high concurrency, and optimized the LIMIT clause in MySQL to decrease the pagination time from 1.5 second to 0.5 second.
Attracted more than 100 users and won the provincial award.
